Job Description

Business Development - Residential Real Estate Key Responsibilities :- Extensive working knowledge of Bengaluru residential real estate market including, pricing, location and trends- Working closely on potential transactions by inspecting homes, interacting with channel partners on price discovery and researching the market to estimate the home value- Recommending internally a value for the customer home, negotiating terms of agreement & closing with customers- Working closely with channel partners to sell homes that are purchased by company.Minimum Requirements : - At least 3-5 years of experience in Residential RE Sector / Developers / NBFC/ Housing Finance ideally also interfacing with consumers - Channel partner, developer team interaction experience- Some experience with documentation process - purchase, MOU's and sale agreements- Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (ref:updazz.com)
