Job Description


Responsibilities: State Head is responsible for handling and managing the Sales Operations of Cattle Feed Business in Maharashtra State and coordinate with Head Office Staff and Management Team. : Business Development of Cattle Feed in Maharashtra. Achieve Sales targets as desired by organization. Coordinate and arrange technical seminars, farmer meetings, Product Promotions activities in assigned areas. Explore the new market of Cattle Feed in Maharashtra. Develop new dealers/retailer/big farmers for increasing sales volume. Handling sales team members and day to day operations. Provide product and sales training to sales team members. Responsible for territory wise sales growth. Responsible for creating brand awareness and promotion of the product and services Responsible for maintaining profitability of the State. Regular monitoring of the performance of the all the team member. Single point of contact for all the functions of the State. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Any Graduate/ M.V.Sc./B.V.Sc. or MBA (Marketing). Minimum 8+ years in Sales & Marketing of Cattle Feed Industry. Must have 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managerial position. Ability to manage sales team members. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Maharashtra Cattle Feed market. Candidate must have Leader Ship Quality, Good Communication, Negotiation, Convincing and Team Management Skills. Salary Up to 11.00 LPA
