Job Description

Sr. Sales Manager As Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Evaluate processes, systems, customer, and team member interactions with a view to enhancing and improving.
  • Manage any projects which ensue from the creation of the strategy.
  • Establish processes; create alignment and consistency on key support pillars.
  • Creation and maintenance of Sales Support best practice documentation for all administrative, auditing, reporting, lead management
  • Regular meetings with the Head Business Development & Enablement covering progress on Commercial goals & activities, pulse checks on current initiatives and commitment on next steps.
  • Conduct regular individual and combined team discussions covering recent performance, initiatives, progress against objectives and personal development, providing 360-degree feedback and course correcting.
  • Scheduling recurring educational, team-building and cross-team events in consultation with the Hilton Worldwide Sales teams.
  • Using talent reviews to promote high performers and further develop the high potentials.
  • Continuous assessment of processes, systems, and ways of working to create maximum efficiency, removing unnecessary workload, and supporting team members to prioritize and streamline whilst ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborates across Sales and with other functions including, IT, Finance, HR, and Operations as needed.
