Manage the Sales team and drive them to achieve the business volumes at the regional level
Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business Complete responsibility of End to End operations.
Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics
Efficiency, Productivity, fulfillment 100% Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree
4-5 years of work experience (MFI)
Execution focussed
Good at managing relationships,
Problem Solving, Conflict Management
