Senior Manager, FCSO Operations Design is responsible for the following
Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency programs related to Transaction Monitoring process covering all SCB footprint markets.
Actively participate and take lead in TM programs and implementations.
Continuously learn about emerging banking products and money laundering trends. Develop solution to counter such anti-social threats.
Comply to the internal and external key regulations.
Risk Management
Apply Group and FCC policies and processes (AML monitoring) to manage risks.
Escalate timely on issues in banks\xe2\x80\x99 product and segment systems impacting transaction monitoring effectiveness.
Assessment on prioritization of upstream changes impacting Transaction Monitoring across relevant Product and Segment areas.
Governance
Provide inputs to line manager on relevant business / segment / product related and provide updates to working group meeting actionable.
Ensure Product and Segment related matters impacting monitoring are raised and tracked in relevant FCC and Upstream Governance Committees.
Support by providing inputs to line manager on major Transaction Monitoring matters impacting Product or Segment areas, where required.
Regulatory and Business Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
6 - 10 years of experience in Business Analysis in any of the banking products and services such as payments, core banking, AML, FM, Trade Finance, Crypto currencies
Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyse data.
Fair understanding of Trade or securities services or payment systems is an added advantage.
Working experience with integration systems or compliance systems preferred.
Analyst experience in different banking domains - retail, corporate, private banking, asset, liability and payments.
Experience in handling senior stake holders across geographies.
Good presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence the decision and manage stakeholders.
Expertise in SQL is mandatory.
