The Digital Finance organization creates, configures, and runs digital products, platforms, and solutions supporting Pfizer's core finance business functions such as Financial Consolidations, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Internal and Internal External Reporting.
This Sr. Manager role is a hands-on technical Oracle Hyperion Cloud Planning Application Developer/Support role responsible for developing/supporting current financial reporting Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting applications leveraging both on-premise and Oracle Cloud EPM platforms as well as delivering proof of concepts and/or maintenance projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Provide Technical / Functional expertise to support corporate operating plan, budget, and forecasting planning cycles
• 
  Facilitate and implement the master data management in the Oracle Data Relationship Management or Oracle Enterprise Data Management tool
• 
  Maintain and manage the planning modules security
• 
  Manage prioritization of development and enhancement requests
• 
  Lead and mentor the team members
• 
  Maintains expert level technical knowledge in all areas of financial planning solutions, and the industry trends
• 
  Communicate highly technical information to functional and technical team members and management
• 
  Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to improve system performance and end-user functionality
• 
  Oversee and maintain documentation and processes to be compliant

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• 
  7+ years of demonstrated experience working in Oracle Hyperion Suite with sound knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • 
    Technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase applications
  • 
    Proficiency in designing and developing the EPBCS planning forms, scripts, and business rules/calculation
  • 
    Essbase BSO/ASO cube build and maintenance
  • 
    Configuration design and testing custom interfaces
  • 
    EPBCS Data management and data maps
  • 
    EPM Automate management
  • 
    EPBCS Performance tuning following the best processes
  • 
    Exposure to Financial Consolidations / FCCS
• 
  Experience with database technologies (Oracle)
• 
  Experience with ETL Tools (ODI, Informatica, etc.)
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  Pharmaceutical life science domain experience
• 
  Exposure to Finance reporting applications
• 
  Project Management expertise in managing multiple projects
• 
  Familiar with SDLC/Agile methodologies
• 
  Exposure to DevOps processes
• 
  Familiar with SOX Controls and documentation required for annual audits
