A. Job Summary:
To introduce the Shubham Tanks technology into consultants, Pan India, communicate the value proposition and build preference for Shubham Tanks in their projects. Deliver set objectives from the sector.
B. Key Result Areas:
To reach out and introduce Shubham Tank technology into all relevant consultants, PMCs at national and state level. To map the consultants pan India for their key inluencers and decision makers. Work with consultants and get our product speciied in their RFQs. Work closely with CEQ to build an effective strategy and value proposition for the sector. Deliver the revenue targets on quarterly basis, as set for the vertical. C. Key Activities: Establish contacts, schedule meetings, present technology to key stakeholders in relevant consultants. Build a strong value proposition for our solutions to be presented to government departments. Work with R&D team to develop solutions (if needed) to meet speciic needs. Get our technical details speciied in the RFQ released by consultants so as to ring fence the requirement. Follow the systems and processes established in the company.
C. Key Competencies Required:
A. Functional:
Should have min 3 years of experience in key account management. Experience in capital product sales through consultants. Should have worked through water consultants and have reach into them. Strong conceptual selling skills. B. Behavioral: Smart with ability to network and build contacts Persuasive and persistent Assertive and street smart Strong presentation skills Strong Negotiation skills Good communication skills Educational: BE/ BSc/MSc MBA
