Loan – Private Vehicle Loan (2W & 4W), Used Car Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan
Credit Card – Credit Card
DTH – DTH Connection
Fast Tag – Fast Tag
Gift Cards
Prepaid Card – Rupay Prepaid Card

Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where you can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services, gift cards and many more with multiple brands. We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.
 
Ideal Candidate:
 
You have at least 10 years experience within sales as D2C, B2C, Partnerships & Alliances or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within vertical as mentioned above.
Build, retain and groom a strong team as per assigned hierarchy to ensure delivery across vertical
Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals
Understand consumer, vertical drivers, identify avenues to start play/ scale up
Ensure quick turnarounds for innovations and alignment across vertical
Use consumer/vertical/competitor understand to identify need gaps and create an innovation pipeline across vertical
Desire and ability to think like a customer
A great player into direct sales (First priority) and other channels like B2C, B2B etc are secondary.
Manage leader relationships and be responsible as SPOC (Single point of contact) for all escalations across levels in assigned geography as per vertical
P&L leader for the vertical and build capabilities to manage sales, operations and all other required functions
Build performance management systems and productivity measure bench marking
Should be a good reader of people’s capabilities an astute planner
Must be a good player in tracking productivity and daily monitoring
Prior proven experience in similar vertical
Should have leadership qualities love to lead by example under extreme
Willing to take calculated risks to grow the vertical
Should have an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them for completion
Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
Must be a culture ambassador for the team
Strong understanding of technology and business according to vertical
Must be willing to learn
Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
Must be strong in strategy building, vertical building, in sighting, innovation and P&L management
Willing to travel
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
MBA preferred
