The Entrance Systems division of Assa Abloy is a 4.2 B USD Global company with presence in over 36 countries all around the world. With manufacturing footprint in India the Industrial division for India is looking at growing its business aggressively in India for their HVLS Fans business in India.

We are looking for an Energetic, enterprising sales leader to spearhead this business in India in the Industrial segment.

  • National Sales Head - HVLS Fans
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Head for HVLS Fans, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth in your India and neighboring countries. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.

The location for this position is any major city in India with Remote Working. The position reports to the Business Unit Manager Industrial - India.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set and achieve quarterly revenue targets for the region.
  • Build a Sales team for the HVLS Fan sales pan India.
  • Will be responsible for developing key relationships in the Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics companies and increase wallet share.
  • Will be responsible for developing sales strategies for account penetration.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining sales performance dashboards.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:
  • Proven experience in B2C sales Project selling, preferably in the Industrial Selling sector, focusing on Electrical Equipment/ Electric Overhead Travelling Crane (EOT) industries.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a selling to the Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics /manufacturing Industry in India.
  • Previous experience working with multinational companies is highly desirable and handling a minimum team size of 5 people through out India.
  • Experience in starting sales from grounds up is desirable.
Education:
  • B.Tech / BE / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a sales team towards collective goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, allowing for effective handling of multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving processes and root cause analysis.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi language.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required (estimated annual travel of 50%).
  • Comfortable with working at heights, as necessary for site visits.
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally, including to the USA /Europe for trainings, conferences, etc.
  • Possession of a car for travel is an added advantage.
