Description The HR Consultant role will provide a broad range of HR services: managing employee relations coaching and guidance on performance managing change review of policy and processes including compliance. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with the HRBP team, key internal partners (legal, IT, Finance, etc.) and functional leaders, to meet the needs of the organization to achieve desired business results. Job Responsibilities: . Model UKG values and behaviors including trust, care, kindness, integrity, accountability, agility. . Partner, advise and recommend to the management team on all aspects of people management and leadership. . Responsible for providing guidance to managers, employees, HRBPs and HR leaders regarding HR policies and best practices. . Serve as the SME for the business and HR team on a broad range of employee relations issues including performance management, investigations, terminations, harassment, POSH, discrimination, employee/customer complaints, labor relations, and other policy related issues. . Conduct objective investigations and provide accurate and timely response to concerns leveraging internal resources (HR, Legal, Compliance, Global security, etc.). Provide recommendations based on findings and prepare thorough documentation. . Offer insights on ER trends to the business needs leveraging qualitative and quantitative data. . Ensure that company policies and procedures are executed consistently. . Drive management best practices thru coaching and engagement . Partner with Authorized Compliance vendors on matters related to Labor Laws for quick and apt turnaround of matters. Qualifications Skills/ Requirements: . Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR/Employee Relations . Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. . Strong knowledge and experience in MS office (PPT, Word, Excel) . Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide recommendations. . Ability to listen effectively, to select and use appropriate communication methods and to effectively present ideas and information. . Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to build trust develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization. . Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. . Knowledge in India labor/employment laws .
