About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating HR process enhancements
2. Facilitating policy framing and implementation in the organization
3. Supporting relevant authorities in implementing new HR initiatives
4. Preparing and issuing required letters and agreements
5. Conducting employee induction programs
6. Coordinating with the background verification team
7. Creating timesheets and KRAs in the HRMS system
8. Organizing employee engagement activities
9. Conducting HR interviews
10. Handling employee grievances
11. Overseeing performance management
