Understanding of Rate Card, approval process and maintaining hygiene. Follow up with the agencies for creatives, trackers & regular reporting. Understanding of Ad Serving Technology, Knowledge of 3P Tags, trackers, and understanding of various creative assets. Understanding of report analytics such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc. Campaign deployment with Zero Error efficiency. Pixel and tag generation, implementation and quality assurance. Analyzing campaign performance and providing optimizing recommendations. Who we\'re looking for: At least 3-5 years of experience in Ad Operations. Knowledge of Google Ad Manager Platform, Programmatic Campaigns and it\'s reporting system. Understanding of Digital Media Business and operational tasks. Must be passionate about media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third-party ad tags Knowledge of 3rd party Trackers / Tags. Professional client communication, both written and verbal Excellent follow-up on To Do Tasks and always on top of priorities. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and data analysis. Strong team player. Able to provide solutions & remove obstacles for desired results.
