In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Become proficient in campaign trafficking, tagging setup, and naming conventions.
  • Successfully implement ad campaigns and oversee the go-live process.
In six months:
  • Demonstrate expertise in ad trafficking and end to end ops process by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improved performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with the business team and vendors.
In 12 months:
  • Streamline campaign workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for technical support, aiding vendors, account managers, and planners.
What your day job looks like at GroupM:
  • Collaborating with account managers, planners, and vendors to implement and oversee ad campaigns.
  • Managing QA processes for ad trafficking, creation, and reporting.
  • Monitoring active campaigns and communicating with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Performing floodlight audits and developing tagging strategies.
  • Staying updated on the latest ad server technologies and ad tech solutions.
What you\'ll bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in ad serving, ad management, or ad technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like CM360, Sizmek, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad verification tools like IAS, DV and MOAT
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with internet programming and debugging.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 2 years of experience working with a media agency.
  • Hands on expertise in CM360, Sizmek, IAS and DV (experience with other ad servers and tech platforms a plus)
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Web Analytics tracking.
