Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment (For onboarding Documentation, Collecting documents and filing it up on Zoho)
  • Induction (7 days, technology/Domain) + Collect feedback (recruiters performance)
  • Training feedback + Follow-up with employees
  • Payroll inputs + Exit inputs..
  • Running RnR on regular basis
  • Learning : Continuous learning ( to be zeroed on scope)
  • On periodic frequency, HR audit needed to see whether they are compliant
Out of scope( will be done by Internal team):
  • Recruitment ( Not convinced to outsourcing.. Led by a person hired from exec search firm.
  • Running Payroll
  • Performance Mgmt process
  • Learning Mgmt : Magnasoft specific Technology Domain specific process
  • Payroll compliances being taken care by Finance team
Tools being used:
  • ZOHO
  • Paybooks for Payroll
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
