Lead HR Operations
Experience - 5-7 yrs
Location: Kolkata
? As a Lead HR Operations, would be responsible for managing HR
operations in the entire employee lifecycle management.
? Formulate & Implement effective HR practices like onboarding,
performance appraisals, separations and employee lifecycle events.
? Establish HR best practices in the context of business environment.
? Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
? Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities & team management
skills.
? Formulate plans & Undertake activities to enhance employee engagement.
? Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by
planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
? Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance for the growth of
the company and the employees.
? Collaborating with all the other departments in the company and
providing HR assistance wherever required.
? Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR operations team Leader.
? Able to work independently with good time management skills.
