Job Purpose & Scope

• To manage logistics operations on timely manner with complete accuracy for the complete supply chain process. Initiates and implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Assist Logistic Manager in all Phases. Coordinate and supervise all Logistic activities to support customer service department, warehouse, production planning and other key cross-functional partners to solicit customer satisfaction .

Effectively Managing the Import Clearance and Export Documentation including Deemed export ( EOU and SEZ supplies) Key Result Areas To respond to customer service team and fulfil logistics, documentation requirements, etc. Key Responsibilities & Job Content

• Export Documentation
• Planning of shipments in coordination with Customer Service and factory.
• Effective monitoring, Control and preparation of Pre & Post documentation to ensure error free and timely preparation of documents.
• Proper Handling of exports under SEZ unit including receipt, proper reading, checking for compliance, arranging amendments, etc.
• Ensuring on real time basis all Exports benefits are properly claimed and all documents prepared accordingly.
• Monitoring the timely receipts and preparation, follow up etc. for mate receipt, closure of shipping bill, Proof of Exports, etc.
• To ensure no unjustifiable demurrage charges are incurred on export cargo.
• Coordinating the Export & Import job to ensure proper Export benefits are availed \xe2\x80\x93 Very Important, as it has revenue implications.
• Planning of clearance of LCL, FCL, etc in coordination with Purchase.
• Planning and organizing timely availability of imported goods.
• To ensure no unjustifiable demurrage charges are incurred on import clearance.
• Ensure that vendors understand and accept customer guidelines and requirements for all logistics operations, including service and deliveries.
• Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operation/complaints
• Drive customs regulations in the process to avoid any delay in customer delivery. Interact with customer to formalize the smooth functioning of the system

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
