We are looking for Sr. Executive - Logistics & Materialin one of leading Chemical Manufacturing Industry with experience of Logistics Operations in Manufacturing Company at Malanpur, MP Location.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 5+ Years

Purpose of the position:

To supervise stores and logistics function, disposal of Scrap and Hazardous waste ensuring laid down procedures and statutory compliances

Role & Responsibility :

Accountabilities

Receipt, storage & Issue of Materials as per laid down SOPs.:

• Ensure loading of Finished goods as per laid down procedure.
• Ensuring transporter selection as per laid down guideline.
• Maintain and review the transportation MIS to track Transit time and safe arrivals of material to customers.
• Ensure statutory compliances while transporting goods to customers.
• Ensuring customs clearance and transportation for exports goods in line with statutory compliance and best possible duty incentive schemes
• Ensure GRN creation in ERP system as per the procedure.
• Ensure identification of material in under inspection area and arrange for inspection by respective process functions.
• Ensure GRN delivery to defined storage location in ERP and commeasuring physical rack/storage yards.
• Ensure timely intimation and return of rejected material to supplier.
• Ensuring book stock and physical stock reconciliation on defined frequency for Raw material, packing material, consumables and Finished stocks.
• Ensuring cycle count for engineering materials.
• Segregation of NPA and arranging its disposal through defined procedure.
• Ensuring receipts of material sent on RGP basis within defined timeline
• Coordinate with vendor to arrange offer for repair.
• Negotiate and place the order on time
• Follow-up for delivery at our factory
• Coordinate with scrap vendors for disposal of waste and general scrap as per laid down procedures.
• Supervising scrap disposal to ensure the correct material and quantities are being disposed after receipt of payments.
• Ensuring hazardous waste and E waste as per statutory compliance.
