**Job duties to be performed from Bangaluru location (Global Technology Park)** The Sr. Events Manager is a visionary leader that thrives in building new experiences and programs through creative collaboration. The Sr. Events Manager, along with their team, will build and launch the onsite team experience program in the Bangaluru location. (Because of the hands-on approach needed, onsite presence will be required 3+ days per week.) In collaboration with account leadership, they will establish program goals and operating plans, and then lead the team through ongoing execution. Onsite experiences will vary depending on stakeholder goals. Attendee numbers could range from 25-200 people and could be single meeting or multi-day structure. The Sr. Events Manager will play a key role in initial experience development as well as overseeing their team in strategic and tactical execution. Developing relationships with the stakeholders/experience hosts will be a critical element to program success, as will program marketing and education. The Sr. Events Manager will also serve as the \'business owner\' of the Bangaluru experience space and oversee program financials and day-to-day building management including vendor partner relationships and supply inventory. The Sr. Events Manager will report to the brand Account Director. Accountabilities: Understand the experience program goals and be accountable for executing strategically and tactically. Lead and eventually supervisor onsite experience team (1-2 people) via motivation, mentorship, and clear communication. Professionally deliver creative and strategic presentations. Actively build and nurture stakeholder and vendor partner relationships. Oversee and direct event inquiries and ensure prompt response. Manage event space reservations. Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand their individual experience goals. Drive the initial experience development, ensuring it meets the goals of the overarching program. Oversee the events team in tactical planning and execution including A/V, food and beverage, production, logistics, budgeting, collateral and post-event surveys. Act as the program lead, ensuring all partners and stakeholders are informed of due dates and communicating around them as needed. Source and manage vendors and adeptly control contract negotiations. Manage financials throughout, providing client with updates and strategic recommendations. Serve as onsite execution team, anticipating challenges and responding quickly to last minute needs with elevated hospitality. Complete a post-project reconciliation to include financials and experience data. Attend and take active role in program meetings involving other locations.
