JOB SUMMARY Project Managers are responsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned project- includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and stakeholder management.The primary focus is to balance the project constraints # budget, scope, time, risk, quality, and resource over the project lifecycle. The Project Managers are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors and for establishing effective communication plan with the project team and client. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES #Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication #Prepare budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW. #Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule #Coordinate with Delivery Manager and General Manager for Project Management Reviews #Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities #Responsible for automating operational activities, adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization SPECIALIZATION In today#s changing business needs and objectives project management relies on the on-ground workforce having better visibility and traceability of tasks assigned to them.
