Guidance Vs Actuals NO PO tracking. Margin Improvement tracking. Low margin Sub contractor replacement tracking. Bench Rotatio n Status tracking. MIS analysis Delivery Span Reports Contracts Obligations compliance tracking Capacity. Planning Work with delivery teams to drive rolling 6 months capacity hiring.
