Role: Project Manager (PM) Exp: 10 to 12 Years Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM(IST) Location: HYD CHN HC Exp : 2 Years min exp required. Project Manager # Payer HealthCare KEY RESPONSIBILITIES #Work with business and technical organizations to asse mble project teams. #Lead Project Managers and or Program team in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined program working with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to achieve the Program objectives. #Acquire understandin g of the business objectives for an assigned area. #Monitor, evaluate and report on Program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget and alignment to Program and strategic goals. Direct corrective action, as needed, to maintain the viability of th e Program. #Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Deliver presentations of project status to effectively communicate throughout the project life-cycle. #Adhere to the Organization s project management methods, project life-cycle metho dologies, and audit requirements. Support and contribute to the improvement of project management methods and practices. KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS #Atleast 4 years Core project management end-end life cycle experience #PMP certification or equivalent training #Healthcare Insurance industry business and operational knowledge #Experience managing large, complex projects #Very good leadership skills #Very good organizational and planning skills #Good verbal and written communication skills #Experie nce with an industry standard software development life-cycle #Experience with customer relationship management * PM#s with minimum 2 years of Core Project Management experience could be considered for PMA role.
