Job Description

The role of the Specialist position in the BPM program is to provide support to TE employees (Business Sponsors), In-scope Business Partners, and legal counsels with the on-boarding, due diligence and approval process in the Securimate software program. TE\xe2\x80\x99s Business Partner Management (BPM) program provides a consistent process to retain and manage in-scope business partners globally. These business partners with a higher-risk profile are screened to ensure they share the same commitment to integrity as TE does. The BPM program helps prevent potential harm to TE\xe2\x80\x99s brand and reputation, which could result in regulatory investigations, violations, and enforcement actions. The position will report to the Business Partner Management Program Director.

Responsibilities:

The role involves supporting the on-boarding of these Business Partners and includes the following responsibilities;

• Communicating with TE employees who are Business Sponsors

• Creating profiles in Securimate and sending out Business Justification forms (BJF)
• Scope determinations
• Sending out Business Partner Questionnaires (BPQ) to the Third Parties
• Reviewing BJFs and BPQs upon return
• Supporting Sponsors with their roles and responsibilities
• Following-up on outstanding requests / pending intake forms
• Processing charitable contribution requests
• Processing approved waiver requests
• Troubleshooting and ad-hoc support to Sponsors
• Providing BPM Program trainings

• Communicating with TE employees who are Legal Counsel

• Assisting them with the due diligence and case management workflows in the on-boarding process; Ordering due diligence investigations; Reviewing due diligence investigations, data base checks and media monitoring, red flags
• Training Legal Counsel
• Providing reports and analytics to Legal Counsel for managing the on-boarding of Business Partners
• Supporting Legal Counsel with their roles and responsibilities
• Providing BPM Program trainings

• BPM Project Team

• Reporting and updating activities as required by BPM Director
• Financial Control & Renewal warning notices
• Financial Control & Renewal profile blocks
• Unblocking profiles in Securimate/SAP
• Withdrawing profiles in Securimate
• Re-activating profiles in Securimate
• Securimate data clean-up reviews
• Audit of approved profiles
• Delta Review
• Supporting standardization and best practices
• Supporting Compliance Counsel as required
• Providing reports and analytics to Compliance Counsel for managing the Commercial Legal teams.
• Reviewing BPM@te.com

• Supporting our TEOA Star Level Journey
• Supporting our constant process improvement
• Supporting implementation of our Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption (ABAC) third party training

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree: Law, Finance, Accounting
• Strong interpersonal and formal communication skills
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service, finance or compliance roles
