JOB DESCRIPTION r r r r Designation: Head - Compliance and Operations Department Job Location: Indorer r Department: Compliance Duration: Permanentr r Direct Reporting To: Vice President Indorer r Job Purpose: We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer/Manager to ensure that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. He will also review employeeaEUR(TM)s work and provide advice on compliance.r r Responsibilities: Selected HeadaEUR(TM)s day-to-day responsibilities include:r r 1 Develop and implement an effective legal compliance programr r 2 Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to themr r 3 Draft and revise company policiesr r 4 Executing audit plans, audit program, and reportsr r 5 Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknessesr r 6 Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance riskr r 7 Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliancer r 8 Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practicesr r 9 Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliancer r 10 Keep abreast of internal standards and business goalsr r 11 Attending new client meetings & preparation of proposalsr r Requisite Skills: . Proven experience as a Compliance Officerr r . Experience in risk managementr r . Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi both.r r . Integrity and professional ethicsr r . Team management skillsr r . Education:-r r . Required Age:- 35-45yrr r Education: CS/LLB/MBAr r Gender: Male Timings: 09:30 Am to 06:30 pmr r Qualification: Salary Package: Rs.10-15 lpa
