Specialist - Legal and Compliance Solutions - BeSure Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid About the Role: Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Specialist who will be responsible for delivery of centralized Local Admin activities for Compliance system business users, Compliance professionals and Novartis stakeholders. This role is responsible for effective delivery of front-line Compliance system support towards Novartis wide activities, processes, and programs as it relates to the responsibilities of the Ethics & Compliance department. Key Responsibilities: 1.Act as System Admin for the Compliance system in accordance with the compliance policy and system business-rules. Serve as Frontline support to local/ end-users from various countries and functions that are onboarded to the system 2.Delivery of assigned tasks as per the designated target KPIs. Documentation of system operations process, working procedures, SOPs, Collaborate with Local Ethics and Compliance function as well as Global Admin team for effective resolution of queries/ issues 3.Provide resolution to system users about their queries related to the system business issues or business process. Resolve user access and system access provisioning requests/ issues. Train and assist business end-users on the tool as required 4.Support end-users about any of their reporting requirements based on the system capabilities. Support any data gathering exercise for internal reporting and operational KPI tracking. Gather, review and communicate system update/ enhancement requirements to appropriate functions. Support UAT/ system testing activities as needed. Keep appraised with in-depth knowledge of policies and associated systems. 5.Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing quality measures and maintaining quality assurance for all the assigned deliverables. Minimum Requirements Essential Requirements: .3 to 4 years of work experience in business operations and service management environment .M.
