Job Title Specialist, IT Support What does a successful Application Support do at Fiserv 1.Act as technical consultant working directly with clients in areas such as networking, Windows system administration, and software deployment. 2.Application support, assist in technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, application or operational) 3.Providing production support / On call support for the processes in production. 4.2nd tier support for clients and associates escalation contact for internal associates and clients. What you will need to have: 1.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills 2.Advanced knowledge of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and Windows 10/11 required. 3.Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and SSL Certificates 4.Strong working knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases 5.Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve complex technical issues by researching through internet and other internal knowledge base tools. 6.Knowledge of network troubleshooting using tools like Telnet and Wireshark. 7.Experience with Nexus Enterprise Configuration Utility to configure Cash Dispenser and Recycler Machines 8.Experience of Oracle and SQL Server database experience, including SQL Development Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
