Title: Specialist, IT Asset Administration This position will form part of our global SW Asset Management team and will be responsible for administration duties that relate to the Software cycle within KBR. The role will include the administration of all phases of the software process, including working request and incident tickets, communications with other areas of IT to enable software deployment, reporting, material requisition, invoice reconciliation, tracking and internal billing. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following activities. Training will be provided however prior experience in these areas is highly regarded. General . Independently work through the large volume of tickets in the Software Asset Management queues, take ownership of tickets and work to resolve or reassign to correct queue as applicable. . Enter contract management information into the Service Now platform. Procurement . Obtain quotations from vendors via email. . Create Shopping carts for required Software Items. . Raise Change Order Shopping Carts . Create good receipts and cancellations . Reconcile between Shopping Cart/Purchase Order and invoice and file in a timely manner in the electronic system. . Resolve all accounts issues and take ownership of ensuring accounts are processed. A high level of communication skills, advanced MSFT Excel and exceptional time management are essential requirements for this role.
