The Role
- Opportunity to participate in Digital transformation for TSA
- Be accountable for delivery of annual business targets.
- Capable to Implement the automations projects for Trading and Supply cluster to address the manual effort, associated risk, and bring forward the new ways of working
- Work with Ways-Of-Working to drive process improvements.
- Always remain compliant with requirements of the Shell Trading Compliance Manual and the Code of Conduct.
- Should be able to learn and take ownership of Trade reconciliation tool Gresham CTC quickly.
- Proven experience in the successfully building automation utilizing excel macros/VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Alteryx
- A proven track record in applying principles of continuous improvement, standardization and simplification of business processes.
- Data Analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in languages and tools(ex. SQL, Alteryx and Excel VBA)
- Strong interest in a trading career
- Analytical, Technical mindset and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
- Effective influencing & stakeholder management.
- Motivation, passion, enthusiasm to perform at highest standards.
- Working knowledge of SAP (will be an advantage)
- Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate would be an added Advantage.
