Location: Gurgaon * The role is evidently focused towards resolving customer complaints & queries.

  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Outbound calls for follow-ups with employees
  • Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
  • Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client's products and services
CTQs * Bachelor's degree with 0 - 3 year's work experience in customer service voice process
  • Must have good Spoken & written communication skills in English
