About the Role

To support CrowdStrike's incredible global growth, we are seeking an L&D / Employee Experience Specialist. You will design, create, curate and deliver learning solutions to enable continuous growth and development of CS employees, as well as manage the development and evolution of Employee Experience programs that ensure delivery of consistently impactful employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle/journey. In this role, you will own end-to-end learning programs and experiences, including key success program metrics and goals, managing relationships with external consultants and vendors, partnering with internal subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and establishing communication and scaling plans.

This role requires a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a creative problem-solver, able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business, and deliver strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

Use instructional design methods (i.e., ADDIE, Merrill's Principles, Bloom's Taxonomy) to create employee-centric learning experiences on topics including, but not limited to: new hire employee onboarding, manager and leadership development, professional development, and safety and compliance training

Develop and build learning assets and solutions, incorporating adult learning theory within content development, in multiple modalities, and curating and developing best-in-class e-learning authoring software and tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Captivate, or Vyond, and graphic/video software (i.e. Adobe suite, iMovie).

Build and manage relationships with Operations leaders, People Strategy/HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to understand the function's strategy and priorities, and translate that to goals for L&D programs

Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and functional stakeholders to perform needs analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing materials to identify the appropriate approach and content for CrowdStrike's diverse audiences

Deliver engaging and inclusive live in-person or virtual course content to employees across the APJ region

Manage learning programs end-to-end, from scope definition to delivery strategies, through regular updates and maintenance that ensure training stays relevant to the changing and growing business environment

Oversee the forecasting, scheduling, strategy and logistics for Learning & Development programming and events

Provide learning admin support, including LMS administration, intranet communications, and content repository site management

Design, develop, implement and manage Employee Experience programs with a lens to amplify the moments that matter throughout their CrowdStrike experience, including; FalconFit Total Wellbeing, Anniversary and Recognition programs, Great Place to Work initiatives, XLR8, Annual Holiday Programing, Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys

Create ways to amplify our newly refreshed Core Values and build employee connections; keeping employees informed, engaged, and inspired and ensuring employees feel heard, valued, respected and their work is impactful

Partner with Marketing and Brand team to develop program branding

What You'll Need

As a successful L&D/Employee Experience Specialist, you will possess the following key skills:

7-10years - Experience and comfortability facilitating, teaching, and presenting to a wide range of employee audiences

Passion for learning and leadership development

Experience with adapting learning content in multiple delivery formats, from self-guided learning to virtual (on-camera) delivery to in-person learning experiences

Experience designing and delivering programs using adult learning and instructional design principles

3+ years of experience partnering, collaborating, and consulting multiple internal business partners and stakeholders

2+ years of experience in instructional, user-experience, training or process design

2+ years of in-classroom or virtual facilitation of employee development content

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience

Experience using multiple feedback channels (qualitative and quantitative) to find opportunities, identify gaps, design solutions, and drive improvements

Experience leading programs and projects in one or more of the following areas: employee experience, employee engagement, employee survey design, employee journey management, organisational development, human resources, design thinking

Open, transparent leadership style with a strength in developing alignment across the organization and influencing at all levels

Ability to make high quality decisions effectively and efficiently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Must possess superior organisational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects

A team player who works cross functionally, acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
