As an Employee Experience specialist, you will be involved and not limited to the below responsibilities . Employee Experience/HR Generalist role . Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy . Driving employee onboarding & offboarding & New hire orientation activities and handling related queries. . Designing robust communication strategies for various internal HR programs and processes. . Expert in managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other employee related issues. . Having excellent knowledge of various employment laws, HR acts, policies in connection with State and Central government rules. . Ensure legal statutory compliance & maintain operational excellence in HR work by monitoring quarterly HR operational plans . Ensure candidate & employee records are actively updated in local & central database . Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one, Skip levels meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods . Conducting exit analysis & sharing HR matrices report with stakeholders periodically . Managing Employee surveys and action plans to track the organizational improvements . Designing employee experience frameworks and creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys) . Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience . Assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience. . Have in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices and processes to align Newfold . Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated requirements with every applicable HR-based regulatory and legal and compliance training programs. . Getting updates on every employee-based egulatory and legislative changes and/or modifications and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured with HR practices, articles,policies, and systems. . Researching changes in rules and regulations, analyzing their effect on the company, andcommunicating findings report to board of directors. . It is also the role of HR in compliance to draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate abetter compliance stance in the company. . Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training toemployees. . Conduct employee-related investigations as directed by the stakeholders. . Handling sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner. . Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations Who you are & what you\'ll need to succeed. . Having 4 6 Years of experience . Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive . People oriented and results driven . Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics . Knowledge of HR systems and databases . Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills . Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills . Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices .
