As an Employee Engagement specialist, you will be involved and not limited to the below responsibilities. . Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. . Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation andpreservation of human capital. . Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs. . Maintain & Drive engagement & budget and employee welfare programs. . Communicate new Engagement activity plans or changes to existing by preparing announcementmaterials, plan summary documents and other email/printed materials for communicating toemployees. . Reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings. Evaluating the company\'s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in orderto improve employee satisfaction. . Spearhead diversity initiatives in the region with an aim towards creating a more diverse andinclusive culture. . Drives Regional process standardization for geographically diverse teams servicing a globalorganization. . Examine policies to evaluate their efficiency. They scrutinize policies to determine whether theymatch objectives, review and amend policy drafts, and suggest improvements to existing policies, topromote healthy work environment. . Applying specialist knowledge in evaluating existing policies. . Determining if policies are aligned with stated goals and objectives. . Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inclusion of relevant factors. . Identifying benefits, disadvantages, and omissions in existing policy frameworks. . Ensuring that policies and policy amendments meet legal requirements. . Reporting on findings and proposing new policies or amendments to existing policies. . Drafting new policies or amendments to policies and submitting proposals for review. . Editing and finalizing new policies or amendments as required. . Documenting processes and disseminating information to stakeholders. Who you are & what you\'ll need to succeed. . Having 8 to 10 Years of experience in Employee engagement and Policy Analyst . Plans, coordinates and facilitates strategy design events, employee engagement . Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems- Workday knowledge will be of added value. . Experience in leading, with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key line of business contacts .
