Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Software Sales Representative to join our team. As a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our software products and services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with potential customers and promote our software offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Amazon experience will be a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably with experience in selling enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry, including software development processes, SaaS models, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address customer objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 950,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Benefits:
