Ltd.The PositionApplications are invited for the position of Software Support Specialist and/ or Business Analyst for Enterprise software products for domains like CRM, Project Management etc.N O T EInitially the position would require on-site work for few months at an MNC customer organisation in Gurugram / Gurgaon, Delhi NCR for providing support to the managers for the company's Service CRM software product Inspira CRM - Service which is being used for managing countrywide field service operations for premium Air-Conditioning equipment.The work would involve providing end user and technical support for Enterprise CRM software, and also as a Business Analyst.(Office Location is near Guru Dronacharya Metro Station, M. G. Road, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR)There would be no Work from Home option for this position.____________________________________________________________

• Study, get trained and develop in depth knowledge on the working of the company's enterprise business process automation software products like CRM, ERP, Project Management, HRMS, Work Flow Automation etc. and related Mobile Applications. These are web / cloud based enterprise applications running on Linux / Windows servers.

• Provide online and on-premises training and implementation support on company's software products to end users.

• Provide post-implementation support for software to end users by understanding issues reported by them.

• Coordinate with the product engineering team and get customer complaints resolved (support tickets raised by customers) within relevant timelines.

• Assist customers in migration of legacy data during implementation of software.

• Track bugs reported by end users of software products and get these resolved by coordinating with the product engineering team,

• Understand new requirements of customers in terms of addition of features or changes in existing system. Help converting business requirements into technical requirements and design, and develop system acceptance criteria, functional test plans with a focus on coverage, performance and automation.

• Keep track of the issues reported by customers and resolutions thereof in CRM software.

• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and taking feedback from end users of software.

• Contribute in the improvement of software products by providing feedback on the same to the product engineering team.

______________________________Desired Applicant profile -Educational qualification -Graduate degree in Science / Technology or Diploma in Software Development / ITDesired Key Skills : - Prior experience in enterprise software support, business information system analysis, requirements gathering, quality assurance / software testing- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of testing processes, tools and methodologies.- Knowledge of any RDBMS and SQL.
