About the role: With the rise of Blockchain use-cases in logistics such as traceability or authenticity of delivery, the technology has become one of the core competencies of our company. Therefore, we are strengthening our capabilities in this rapidly growing area – and currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Blockchain Centre of Excellence within DHL IT Services. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance and test management of solutions based on Blockchain and related applications. You will drive the functional and non-functional testing requirement process with the Product Owner, support the QA functional and automation testing team, produce test execution reports, manage project UAT activities and help with test sign-off. What you will do:

• Manage complete QA process of Blockchain platform as well as dApps with our DevOps and QA team
• Creation of test strategy and test plans
• Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system for multiple applications
• Accountable for functional testing of all releases
• Accountable for non-functional testing of certain releases including performance and penetration testing
• Accountable for security testing coordination
• Work with Product Owner, ITS Delivery Managers, Supplier Managers, and other business partners on delivery of high-quality work products
• Help the team with impediments coming out of the day-to-day testing activities
• Analyze automation opportunities and help create strategy for the same
• Enable the team to create regression packs
• Regularly report on project’s QA health status, periodic reports on improvements and automations, risks and issues to senior stakeholders
• Participate in periodic service reviews with business management
• Participate in escalation process

• Excellent communication skills – you know how to communicate with deeply technical engineers, as well as senior management
• Practical experience of being a QA Project Manager in an agile environment
• Experience with functional testing and automation will be a plus
• Ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural distributed team remotely
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and customers
• Very good knowledge of overall software delivery and support processes
• Fluent English
