Job Description

Bentley Systems is looking for a talented Senior Software Quality Analyst to join SYNCHRO Construction team and help ensure quality of SYNCHRO portfolio products.
As part of the team, you will participate in end-to-end development process from concept to feature implementation. You will work to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement
Improve testing process by following Agile methodology
Understand and analyze product requirements
Identify critical workflows and gaps in requirements
Develop testing guidelines and perform testing
Assist in driving integration to the SYNCHRO portfolio and allow ensure consistent user experience
Mentor team members and share knowledge
Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality product
Compose and expand automated functional and non-functional tests

Experience and Skills:
6 years experience as QA testing web and mobile applications
Work experience in multi-team environment, close collaboration with developers, UX designers and product managers
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniques
Experience working in a Scrum/Kanban development process
Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical puzzles
Focus on preventing bugs with shift left mindset
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks as Cypress, Selenium or similar
Knowledge of programming (JavaScript, etc.) and SQL
API testing experience (Postman, Soap)
Good communication skills in English

Nice to have:
ISTQB certification or equivalent
