Job Description
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
r Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
r Developing quality control processes.
r Designing product specifications.
r Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
r Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
r Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
r Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
r Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
r Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
r Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.
r Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
r Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
r Evaluating product recalls.
r Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
Education: Any Graduate
