As a Social Media Specialist at Royal York Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our properties. With your extensive experience, you will lead the content creation process and possess a deep understanding of social media algorithms to optimize our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Social Media Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics, leveraging your expertise to maximize reach and impact.
• Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your advanced understanding of content creation and algorithm intricacies will drive our content strategy forward.
• Community Engagement: Oversee community management efforts, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels. Foster positive relationships with followers and proactively address any issues or concerns.
• Campaign Management: Take charge of planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to promote properties, special offers, events, and other initiatives. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key social media metrics and generate insightful reports. Your ability to interpret data will drive informed decision-making, allowing us to continually refine our strategies and improve engagement and ROI.
• Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and property management. Implement innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team, property managers, and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and property promotions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of content creation, social media algorithms, and digital marketing strategies (minimum of 5 years of working experience).
• Proficiency in advanced social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling content and engage audiences effectively.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to lead the development of innovative and visually captivating content.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from social media data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.
