RVP Consultants in an international recruiting agency located in Washington DC area. We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to help us build our Social Media presents.Responsibilities:
- Create online marketing campaigns for social media platforms
- Develop strategy to attract followers and develop relationships with relevant personalities, authorities and businesses relevant to specific projects and goals
- Manage RVP's social media accounts & create posting plans
- Develop and create new, highly engaging content to grow our social media audiences
- Respond and engage in real-time to comments on all our social media platforms
- Work alongside the creative team to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
- Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music etc
- 1-3 years experience in social media or associated marketing
- An active social presence
- Content creation experience
- Interest in / functional understanding of recruiting and career development space.
