We are looking for bright and eager to learn individuals to join our small, fun team as part of the customer service department. You will be working on digital customer service sending emails and replying to questions. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for anyone looking to work directly alongside the Marketing team. The role will include a full mix of marketing - Including digital - Managing the social media accounts, producing content for the websites, producing copy, helping with the management of the blog, helping to promote the brand and assisting with the marketing campaigns across a selection of platforms.

Excellent academic achievements, A Marketing or Digital Marketing Degree or similar qualification in Marketing / B.A. ENGLISH / M.A. English

Experience within marketing, PR, digital, web or communications role is preferred
Strong copy-writing skills

Previously worked within an organisation where you have worked with people at all levels
Familiar with Adobe design packages & SEO trends
Experience in the advertising industry as a social media executive / digital marketing executive.
Well versed with different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok).
Strong verbal & written communication skills;
Fluency in English & Hindi.
Basic understanding of visuals & artwork.
Ability to ideate contests & campaigns for social media
Basic understanding of SEO, Google campaigns, Email marketing.
Willingness to learn on the job. Willingness to pick up more skills and adapt to changing trends.
Ability to solve business problems.
Experience in creating various types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
Manage and develop a blogging strategy

Candidates will be experts on social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy.
