As a Hybrid Workplace, our team of professionals contribute their expertise both in-office and from the comfort of their homes. Your Tasks as a Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop crisp and enticing content for various Luxury, Fashion and Hospitality brands.
• Develop and Brainstorm strategies to effectively communicate a brand\xe2\x80\x99s goals on Social Media.
• Conceptualize, Form, Create and Present Social Media Content Banks
• Assist the design team with the creative development process.
• Accurately reply to incoming comments, DMs and queries on a brand\xe2\x80\x99s online profile.
• Direct high-priority comments, DMs and queries to the relevant Brand Point of Contact.
• Monitor and Foster Audience Engagement on Social Media.
• Monitor relevant Social Media Insights, Metrics and Analytics.
• Collaborate with various Departments to achieve holistic and integrated growth.
• Create Monthly Reports on Social Media Performance and Online Presence.

Essential Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role at a digital agency.
• Exceptional Expertise in the English Language to craft proficient and concise copy, fostering audience engagement.
• Ability to articulate and present ideas to Team Members and Clients.
• Interest in the field of Marketing as a whole.

Preferred Requirements

• Academic Qualification in English Literature, Marketing or a similar modality.
• Previous experience working with Luxury, Fashion and Hospitality Brands.
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing principles.
• Stay up to date with News and Trends surrounding Marketing and Communications
• Residence in or around Mumbai / Willingness to relocate to Mumbai.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
