Designation : Senior Manager - Talent Management
Job Location : Gurgaon
Duties/Responsibilities :
- This role will support all Talent Management process across Snapdeal.
- This role has the opportunity to innovate and create newer ways of implementing Talent Management Process.
- Talent Management projects driven by this role include Organizational Capability, Talent Review and Succession Planning.
- This role will also play an important role in Performance Management and Learning & Development.
- Clear functional expertise and experience across the talent management spectrum, including design and enabling execution.
- Coordinate & aggregate data and translate those data into insights (Reporting) through data analysis to manage Talent
- Collaborate to enhancing employee experience - On-boarding, Engagement and L&D
- Documentation and drafting policies
- Market Research around Talent Management best practices
Must have :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Productivity Tools
- Ability to be agile, focus on the end result
