\xe2\x80\xa2 As the Site Leader (Vice President/Senior Director), of Company India Assembly & Test Operations, you will be responsible for defining the overall site operations strategies and establishing business plans to drive benchmark performance.\xe2\x80\xa2 This is a critical leadership role to lead & the start-up of the semiconductor assembly & test factory from the construction and commissioning phase to production ramp-up and HVM.\xe2\x80\xa2 You will provide leadership to define business initiatives and set direction for site operation team to meet strategic business objectives, develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure efficient operations including, but not limited to, quality, cycle time, cost-effectiveness, and scale for the factory.\xe2\x80\xa2 You will establish and maintain relationships with key partners including suppliers, regulatory agencies as well as monitor and handle risks to the business including compliance, environmental and safety risks for our greenfield start-up in where\xe2\x80\xa2 Company will bring the first-ever memory and storage assembly and test facility to India.\xe2\x80\xa2 You will also be responsible for leading and maintaining relationships with senior central & state government officials to expeditiously process grants and regulatory approvals.\xe2\x80\xa2 You should have at least a bachelor\'s degree with at least 20+ years of proven experience in high value/high volume manufacturing with at least 10 years in an executive leadership role.\xe2\x80\xa2 You must have good experience and/or knowledge in leading large-scale manufacturing operations with a consistent track record in yield improvement.\xe2\x80\xa2 You must have prior experience in maintaining strategic relationships with senior central & state government officials.\xe2\x80\xa2 You must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels.
