We have an urgent role with our client - A Niche International BPO catering to the US Market in the financial services space with around 300 employees.
Role: Site Leader ( will have all functions except Finance and IT reporting in) - will report to the Owner based in the US.
Compensation: 45 Lakhs per annum Fixed plus Variable 5 - 10 Lakhs per annum.
Location: Noida
The person needs to be around the team and employees that work in the US Shift.
Three Main key expectations from this role are:-
1. Strong Process Knowledge and Process improvement skills.
2. Can Manage the leadership team well.
3. Great Client Management Skills
The role will require the person to visit all clients every 6 months to once a year.
Other KRAs:-
- Develop and execute short- and long-term performance strategies aligned with leadership vision and company direction.
- Direct hiring and staff management process to ensure all positions are staffed with appropriate talent to meet client expectations.
- Responsible for communicating strategy to the management team and cascading goals and objectives to achieve desired results.
- Directs, leads, and empowers a team of managers to be focused on driving reliability and continuous improvement for clients;
- Partner with respective Operational Support and Human Resources teams to attract, develop and retain employees to meet client expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner;
- Partner with Talent Management regarding succession planning for management staff;
- Partner with Client and Business Solutions teams to leverage the company\'s value to our clients by driving performance and client satisfaction, enhancing business value propositions, and examining new growth opportunities.
- Support and drive the company\'s rewards and recognition programs and drive employee engagement and initiatives.
- Communicate openly and frequently with staff and establishes, maintain, and promote an inclusive and high-performing culture to maximize operational efficiency.
Motivating the team to exceed company goals and objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 15 - 20 years experience in the international BPO industry in highly process-driven organizations preferably in a financial process.
- In a leadership role for a fairly long time.
- Extensive experience in managing and relationship building with US clients remotely and on-site.
- Demonstrates exceptional continuous improvement/transformational skills.
- Ability to interpret and translate financial forecasts and metrics into short and long-term goals; Excellent with numbers and data.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a group of employees in a team environment to achieve performance goals;
- Ability to deliver professional and logical presentations in front of key decision-makers;
- Ability to make logical and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong leadership development skills with a record of producing strong leaders;
