Manager Corporate Finance

As a Manager Corporate Finance, you will wear multiple hats:

Finance:

- Assisting the senior management team with the entire business planning effort of the Company, including defining & critiquing our short-term & long-term strategic vision; outlining, monitoring & assessing performance/growth/efficiency metrics of all our business verticals; and conducting forecasting exercises & financial analyses for the entire Company

Investor Relations :

- Liaising with existing and prospective investors on information requests and diligence matters

- Preparing monthly investor update materials

- Preparing interaction materials for prospective investors including business plans and company presentations

- Coordinating with internal teams, and external agencies for due diligence matters

- You will also work hand-in-hand with our Senior Management and execution teams on a comprehensive array of business growth and excellence topics

Core Requirements :

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate

- Work experience of approx. 5 years, ideally within investment banking, management consulting and/or private equity

- Education at a top-tier university/college

- Extreme attention to detail

- Excellent leadership, mentorship and problem-solving skills

- Excellent Excel modelling skills, and ability to handle large data sets

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically

- Strong work ethic and discipline

- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization

- Passion for entrepreneurship and top-quality Residential Real Estat
