Accountability

Supporting Actions

Security of Plant, machine

• Plan organize and control security arrangements in plant and township to safeguard unit assets and employees.
• Ensure monitoring of any security related abnormalities through surveillance CCTV cameras installed at sensitive points inside factory premise & raise alarmed
• Organizing patrols in and around plant boundary Including night rounds for ensuring total security at night and plugging loop holes if any in night environment.
• Ensure preventive measures to avoid theft, pilferages, encroachments and accidents inside the plant
• Vigilance of all entry and exit points
• Ensure no encroachment by outsiders in & around factory premises.
• Handling miscreants and unlawful activities
• Keep constant vigil on the groups/Committee activity and unruly elements
• Execute the deployment of and supervision of guards through security inspectors
• Identify training needs and impart the same.

To Control, regulate and Monitor movements

• Material Movement - Not allowing entry or exit of any unauthorized materials inside or outside Factory premises as per company policy.
• To ensure and implement on wearing of mandatory PPEs on daily basis while entering the premises
• Commercial and Non Commercial Transport Movement
• Ensure transport vehicle document as per Motor Vehicle Act.
• Ensure adherence of safety norms of vehicles prior entering to company premises.
• Ensure turnaround time of vehicles
• Ensure record/entry of material as per Invoice, challan, quantity and vehicle as per audit requirement.
• Contractors and Workmen - Ensure to implement of all legal requirement to all contractors for gate entry, wearing of PPEs; carrying of photo IDs, Gate pass etc.
• Visitors and VIP's
• Company's social functions and events.

Liaison and Intelligence

• Liaison with law enforcement authorities and road transport officers for supporting the business activities of the unit.
• Ensuring good relation and liasion with local Police authorities and other safe guard agency
• Interactions and building relations wherever needed
• Establish network to gain information on activities.
• Liasoning with the local villagers for information and take necessary proactive action to control incidences.
• Proper co-ordination with neighboring units is required in all matters of administrative importance.

System Implementation, Audit Requirement

• Identify and improvement study and kaizen
• Identify and rectify abnormalities and safe conditions and practices.
• Implementation of quality improvement objectives
• Periodical training of security staff for skill enhancement in security and traffic control.
• Periodical security awareness training for employees
• Security personnel deployment report, CCTV observation reports, vehicle movement report.
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly MIS to the management in review meetings.
