Responsibilities: 1. **Pani Puri Preparation:** - Swiftly and accurately prepare Pani Puri components, including puris, spicy tamarind water (pani), and potato stuffing. 2. **Order Execution:** - Assemble Pani Puri with precision, meeting customer orders promptly. - Ensure consistent taste and presentation of Pani Puri. 3. **Cleanliness and Organization:** - Maintain a clean and organized Pani Puri station. - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. 4. **Communication:** - Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline the Pani Puri preparation process. - Communicate effectively with servers to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. 5. **Customer Interaction:** - Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answering questions about Pani Puri and providing recommendations.
