We are currently seeking a Servicenow Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solution. In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
• Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of twelve years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
