Who are we looking for?

ServiceNow architect with good exposure to multi domain instance architecture, deployment, integrations etc. of multiple modules of ServiceNow.

Technical Skills:

? Expert of ServiceNow multi domain instance

? Hands on with platform security, implementation, operations, upgrades, integrations, developments etc.

? Exposure to ITSM, ITOM/SPM/GRC modules

? Must have excellent knowledge on development - forms, links, format ctrl, Script Library, Document Engine, Event Services, knowledge of Java and/or java-script. /

? Well versed with ITIL processes

? Well versed with project management

? Good communication and customer interaction skills

Process Skills:

? Well versed with ITIL

? Well versed with project management

? Prepare stories, estimate efforts and plan execution.

? Mentoring team members on technical skills

Behavioral Skills :

? Good communication skills

? Mentoring Experience

? Presentation skills

? Working experience in a collaborative and high performance team

Certification: ( Optional)

? 1. Service Provider Certified Implementation Specialist
? 2. Certified system administrator
? 3. Certified application developer
