Role: CoE Service Architect - ServiceNow Desired Experience Range: 7+ years\' Location of Requirement: Hyderabad Must-Have: .Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement in ServiceNow implementations and custom application development. .In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, and related modules. .+7 years\' experience of Service Management architecture. .Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development. .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions for complex business requirements. .Solid project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently. .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Good to Have: .Have a degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline - desirable but not essential OR equivalent work experience. .ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus. .Experience in other IT Service Management tools or enterprise platforms will be advantageous. Detailed Responsibilities: Architecture and Solution Design: .Design and architect end-to-end solutions based on business requirements. .Create technical specifications, integration points, and data mapping documentation. .Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards. Experience and Project Management: .Successfully deliver ServiceNow projects in a lead role. .Collaborate with project managers and team members to manage project timelines. .Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Custom Applications Development: .Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. .Implement enhancements to existing applications. .Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom applications.
