Minimum 6 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.r r . Strong exposure to Service Portal Developmentr r . Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts, JSON.r r . understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experiencer r . Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etcr r . Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.r r . Portal Scripting in Angularr r . CSS based UX/UI design & developmentr r . Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server side scriptsr r . Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.r r . Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.r r . Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Virtual Agent.r r . Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentialsr r . Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skillsr r . Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administrationr r . Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teamsr r . Along with the above, must have exposure in any at least one or two of the following areas:r r .
